How do I order a DTF print?
1st option - Configurator: In the configurator you can adjust your design directly and set up the print template exactly as you want it. Here you can try out different options and place the design flexibly on the film.
2nd option - Simple upload & single design per foil: Watch out! Mistakes often happen here - but not with us! If you have a finished print sheet, simply upload it. If you want several individual designs per foil, upload a design, put it in the shopping cart, refresh the page and repeat the process with additional designs. This way you get different prints per foil. Important: If your image is larger than the ordered transfer size, we will automatically adjust it to the maximum possible dimensions.
Which file formats can I upload?
- We recommend PNG for best results. PDF also works well and preserves details.
What is the difference between the configurator and the upload function?
- The configurator allows you to adjust and place your design directly. The upload function is ideal if your design is already finished and should be printed without further changes
Can I have multiple designs printed on one sheet?
- Create a file with all the designs arranged as you want them on the slide. Then upload this as a finished template using the upload function. It's best to use the configurator to really let your imagination run wild!
Can I change my order later?
- Changes can only be made before we start printing. Once your order is confirmed, it will go straight to production, so please check your file carefully before uploading it.
What do I do if I have problems uploading my file?
- If you have any problems uploading, contact us immediately via our support. We will be happy to help you.
8-Color Printing + White : We offer high quality DTF transfers with 8-color technology and white printing for precise and vibrant designs.
Durable and washable : We recommend 30°C - 60°C and turning the textile inside out to extend its durability. The transfers can easily withstand at least 60 washes .
Ideal for our prints are fabrics such as cotton , cotton blends , polyester , leather , denim and imitation leather.
Buttery soft and durable : Our transfers are durable and retain their color brilliance even after multiple washes.

File format : Accepted formats are PDF and PNG .
Resolution : Make sure the file has a resolution of at least 300 DPI to ensure high print quality.
Transparencies : Avoid unnecessary transparencies in the design as they can affect the print result.
No Mirroring : Please do not mirror designs, especially text, as printing is required in the correct orientation.
Colors : Make sure the colors are chosen correctly. Do not use specific Pantone colors as we print on a CMYK model.
Contours : If your design has sharp edges or contours, make sure they are clean and without smudging.
Shipping time : Your DTF prints are usually produced and shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of your order. For larger quantities or special orders, the production time may take a little longer.
Delivery time : The delivery time within Germany is approximately 1-3 working days . For orders to other European countries, delivery can take between 2-8 working days .
Shipping service provider : We ship your orders with DHL.
Tracking : After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order online at any time.
Packaging : Our DTF prints are packaged securely and without creases to avoid damage during transport. We use special shipping bags or boxes for optimal protection.

Vor dem Waschen:
– Drehe die Kleidung auf links, um die Transfers zu schützen.
– Stelle sicher, dass der Druck vollständig abgekühlt ist, bevor du das Kleidungsstück wäschst.
Waschtemperatur:
– Wasche das Kleidungsstück bei maximal 30°C. Hohe Temperaturen können die Haltbarkeit des Drucks beeinträchtigen.
Waschmittel:
– Verwende ein mildes Waschmittel ohne Bleichmittel oder aggressive Chemikalien.
Kein Trockner:
– Vermeide den Einsatz eines Trockners, da dies den Druck beschädigen kann.
– Am besten das Kleidungsstück aufhängen oder flach trocknen lassen.
Bügeln:
– Bügle das Kleidungsstück auf links, ohne direkt auf dem Transfer zu bügeln. Wenn nötig, benutze ein Tuch als Schutz.
